My love for makeup started at a young age like a lot of little girls.   Applying lipstick to my friends and family or polishing someone's nails provided hours of entertainment for me.  As I grew older, I found myself always searching for that perfect color or applying my own makeup with such scrutiny that I was always the last one out the door; I wanted everything to be perfect. 

Faces are so interesting to me; the asymmetry, the smoothness, the contours.  I've never been good at remembering names when I'm introduced to someone, instead I find myself concentrating on their facial features to the point of almost staring.   I know that an eyebrow properly placed with a flattering arch can open even the smallest eye.  Color selection and neutralizing discolorations is also fascinating to me.  It's rewarding and challenging when  I am able to hide a bruise, port wine birth mark or melasma with the right color combination.  I have had 15 years of training in the makeup and aesthetician world and still enjoy every minute of it!       

I grew up in Stuart on Florida's Treasure Coast, a slice of paradise just north of the  the Palm Beaches.   My husband is an avid fisherman, and we have two beautiful daughters.   

I'm a  graduate of Florida State University, a licensed nail technician and a Board Certified Permanent Makeup Specialist through the American Academy of Micropigmentation.  I have been fortunate enough to sharpen my skills by working for a renowned plastic surgeon for the last 12 years.  Throughout that time I have had extensive training with the industry leaders, Dinair, Temptu and Sylvia Pichler.  

Airbrushing took my love for makeup to the next level, there is nothing that compares to the light as a feather feel while providing the coverage and longevity brides need for their special day.   I love it and I know you will love it too!

 Why I love what I do

 The anticipation coupled with the transformation ritual on a bride's wedding day never fails to move me. I feel honored and privileged to be chosen on this memorable day and take my role seriously. When I'm finished and see you look in the mirror and smile, I'm satisfied knowing I played a small part in one of the most important days of your life.

When I'm working a temporary tattoo party, it doesn't get much better than seeing all those kids smiling faces standing in line over and over again begging for "just one more!"
